KAHR 2.0 and Spain’s network of innovative cities “Red INNPULSO” held an exchange during the international OECD conference “From Crisis to Recovery: Strengthening Regional Disaster Resilience” in Valencia. 

The conference, held on October 5 and 6, 2026, was organized by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Spanish government. In a joint side event hosted by KAHR 2.0 and “Red INNPULSO,” approximately 80 participants discussed the role of science in strengthening the resilience of regions and communities during recovery from flood disasters. This joint exchange provides an important foundation for further international collaboration.
